Salary 2024: 

 

$15.00/hr       First summer

$15.50/hr       Rate for returning seasonal employees

 

Positions will start mid to late May through mid to late August

 

Hours: 6:00-1:30 M-F with some flexibility for part-time options

 

Benefits include: PERA retirement, short and long term disability. 

 

Summary of Position

Assist the Electrical, Lock, or Paint Shop, in

performing skilled labor and projects in

support of district buildings and grounds

Essential Functions

Assist facilities department staff members in projects, restorative maintenance and preventative maintenance

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other job related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

No prior skilled trades experience is required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be at least 15 years of age

Must be able to safely lift and carry at least 50 pounds

Flexible schedule through August

Licenses Required

Driver's license preferred, some positions may require a driver's license and a motor vehicle report, and you may be asked to bring a MVR report upon interview.
